Raya Tapestry: Celebrating International Mother Language Day
Raya Tapestry brought our community together in a vibrant celebration of International Mother Language Day, honouring the rich diversity of languages, cultures, and traditions that make our school community so unique. Families from different parts of the world came together to share stories, traditions, and authentic cuisines, transforming the campus into a space of connection, discovery, and belonging. The celebration offered learners a meaningful opportunity to experience the beauty of cultural diversity firsthand, while recognising that every language carries with it a unique history, identity, and way of understanding the world.
More than a cultural celebration, Raya Tapestry reflected our commitment to nurturing internationally minded learners who value empathy, respect, and global perspectives. Through conversations, shared meals, and cultural exchanges, students experienced the power of community and the importance of embracing different voices and traditions. The event served as a reminder that when cultures come together with openness and curiosity, learning extends far beyond the classroom, fostering meaningful relationships and a deeper appreciation for the world we share.
